Analysis: The Patriots currently roster Damien Harris, Sony Michel, James White, Rex Burkhead and Lamar Miller, but Harris has missed practice of late with an unspecified issue, while Miller is coming back from a torn ACL. Analysis: The news arrives shortly after Adam Schefter of ESPN noted Fournette planned to file a grievance to recoup the $4.167 million that was voided when the Jaguars waived him Monday, perhaps foreshadowing the lack of interest from teams at that price. Fournette has filed a grievance against the Jaguars in an attempt to get back the $4.167 million in base salary that was voided upon getting waived Monday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Analysis: The grievance is a long-term concern, but in the short term his next landing spot is of interest. Subject to waivers, he may be claimed Tuesday afternoon, assuming a team is willing to commit to the aforementioned salary. If not, the grievance will go ahead, and Fournette likely will have to accept a reduced salary to play this season.

Analysis: The caveat is that he hasn't done much contact work, which makes sense for someone who is locked in as a starter and is expected to handle a lot of carries this season. Fournette rushed 11 times for 40 yards and caught five of six targets for 32 yards in Sunday's 26-3 loss to the Texans at Wembley Stadium.
Analysis: Fournette was unable to build up much volume on the ground with his team trailing throughout, finishing with season lows in both carries and rushing yards.
